I went to see Martin Coyle for business coaching in 2018 when my business was small and struggling to break even.

I was running my business from home and had all of my pricing in my head and on a notepad, at the time.

Since then, Marty and I have worked hard to grow my business to where it is today. We have tripled the amount of sales and quadrupled the amount of employees.

We’ve implemented systems and procedures, such as Project Scheduling, OH&S documentation and a Quoting tool (no more notepad) that have streamlined the business and made the day to day running much smoother and easier for everyone. Our staff now have much clearer direction and understanding about what is expected of them, on each and every project.

This equates to me feeing much more in control of the business and in the direction the business is now headed.

Our business is in the construction sector, which means there will always be issues with contractors and suppliers on site.
