HOW IT ALL WORKS

Alluvion business coaching revolves around a set of common-sense steps that, if followed, will take your company to the next level.

We walk through these steps with you:

  • 1

    DEFINE GOALS

Define your goals (personal and business) because once we understand where you want to go, we can create a plan to get you there.

  • 2

    Deep Dive workshop

A half-day workshop will give us an in-depth view into how your company operates. This data-gathering exercise will enable us to identify specific structural problems that need fixing and gaps that need filling.

  • 3

    Twelve-month ‘Fast Track’ plan

Your Alluvion coach will use this data to create a personalised plan that’s tailored to your individual business. This plan will be divided into four 90-day increments that enable your progress to be quantified and measured.

  • 4

    Implementation

Once your plan is agreed, you’ll begin coaching sessions at scheduled weekly or fortnightly timeslots via Zoom or in-person depending on personal preference. Your personal Alluvion coach will also work outside your sessions on tailored business strategies for your company, and will be available via email, phone and text messaging.

  • 5

    Medium to long-term strategy option

If required, we’ll develop your business’ big picture and develop medium to long-term strategies that extend beyond the 12-month Fast Track plan.

  • 6

    Exit strategy option

Whether your goal involves the sale of the business, bringing in a management team, or implementing a succession plan for the next generation, we have the knowledge and experience to help.

  • 7

Your coaching fees will be paid through our automated direct debit system.

At the end of this meeting you should be able to assess whether you feel synergy between you and Alluvion.
