BUSINESS COACHING
Business coaching is a process used to take a business from where it is now to where you want to be. By creating actionable plans, your business coach will guide you in running your business, by helping you clarify your vision and how it fits in with your personal goals.
EXECUTIVE COACHING
Methodically unlocking your potential to maximise your performance and develop you into a leader; guiding you to increase your emotional intelligence; and enabling you to hit your numbers every time.
STRATEGY SESSIONS
Stress testing a promising concept or start-up, giving it the ‘Go’ /’No go’ from an experienced business coach. If it’s a ‘Go’, then providing it the focus and direction, it needs to prosper and grow.
Uncover what is possible
Make the first step to take control of your business
Never enough time?
Working 70 hours a week, with lots of responsibilities and no time to do anything except work and rest? You need a coach to help you prioritise and gracefully let go and delegate tasks to your team or outsource them. It can be difficult to let go, but ultimately it is where freedom lies – let your coach help you find it.
Can’t get good people?
Can’t seem to hire good people or if you do, they don’t seem to hang around very long. The team you have seem to be more concerned with their own interests rather than showing initiative and dedication. It doesn’t have to be this way, but you must take a professional approach to attracting, hiring, training and motivating you team to perform to the highest standards. Your coach can help you with this.
Where’s the profit?
You’ve worked hard, delivered what you promised, paid all your bills, but your bank account is empty! Where did the profits go? It is getting to you that you take all the risks and are saddled with all the responsibilities, but there never seems enough reward for doing what you do. Let your coach show you how to regain control and see not only profits soar, but also start accumulating cash in the bank.

Alluvion business coaching fees are charged monthly in advance and payments are deducted automatically via direct debit.
While most sessions work best with just one or two participants, it can also be useful during the Alluvion coaching process to consult with a wider sampling of team members from time to time.
Your Alluvion coach will always be available for you via phone, email or text. If they are attending other clients, they will get back to you the same day. Make sure your message lets the coach know how important it is that you speak with them.
The relationship between a coach and a client is a unique partnership. Our Alluvion coaches may discuss your issues with their peers to access new perspectives and ideas, but your coach will anonymise your information in order to protect your confidentiality.
You will sign a 12-month agreement, which includes a 30-day notice period to quit, should circumstances dictate that is the best thing to do.
Alluvion coaches have a broad range of experience in different businesses across a range of industries. They may have experience in your specific industry, but this is secondary because their expertise is in business coaching across a wide spectrum of companies, while you are the subject matter expert.
It is entirely possible that your Alluvion coach might be approached by one of your competitors. If this situation occurs, we will only agree to work with a competitor who operates in a different geographic market and/or serves a different type of customer. Moreover, in all circumstances you can be confident that your coach will always protect your confidentiality.
If there is an obvious direct conflict of interest, we won’t take them on.
If you provide us with sufficient notice, we will arrange an alternative session. If we are notified at the last minute, it is possible you might forfeit that session. If you are unavailable at a particular point in time you can nominate someone else in your business to attend a coaching session in your place.
We’re available to our clients over 45 weeks of the year. The remaining time we use to develop our skills further through training and conferences.
If your coach is available, they will be happy to coach other team members during your absence, and help them develop their business knowledge, skills and capabilities.
If you have any further questions which aren’t covered here, just reach out and ask and we will be happy to answer.
